DIMO↗ is a NYC-based startup that aims to empower users and developers with more control over how they access and use vehicle data.
High level goal:
In order to maintain brand coherence and adhere to web3 principles, we prioritized a user-centric approach throughout the development process. This entailed fostering an iterative UX process that consistently placed the user front and center. By leveraging the distinctive features of DIMO, we strategically designed multiple campaigns to attract and engage a larger user base on our platform.
I collaborated extensively with the marketing team to strategize, develop, and implement targeted campaigns aimed at attracting new users to the DIMO app. With the use of social media platforms, we effectively communicated the unique value proposition of our app, thereby significantly boosting the conversion rate by an impressive 80% for this particular campaign.
My role encompassed the entire spectrum of the creative process, ensuring seamless involvement from inception to completion. This translated into active participation in brainstorming sessions, wireframing, meticulous mock-up creation, user engagement, and active participation in feedback sessions from both peers and developers. By embracing an iterative approach, we continuously refined our designs to deliver exceptional results and surpass user expectations.
